Role
Canada AI Commercial Initiative is a nonprofit effort to empower Canadians by making AI leadership visible: the people, the companies, and the commercialization path that turns research into real-world impact. We built the brand system, website experience, CRM foundation, and discovery strategy so the initiative could educate, showcase talent, and invite engagement with clarity.
We delivered UX/UI, creative branding, website design and build, CRM setup, AEO marketing, and GEO marketing, so the story is coherent on the page and findable wherever Canadians (and the world) ask about AI in Canada.
We structured navigation around the questions visitors actually ask: why Canada, who the leaders are, what evidence supports the thesis, and how to engage. Showcase paths for companies and people sit beside policy and research content, so the platform feels authoritative without burying the human stories that make commercialization real.
Primary actions stay clear: explore the vision, read the initiative, and connect. Secondary paths open evidence, publications, and leadership profiles without crowding the first impression.
We built the brand around white space, sharp black type, and a corporate blue accent. Network motifs and quiet grid lines suggest connection and infrastructure without turning the nonprofit into a tech startup cliché. The result reads as independent, research-minded, and Canadian in tone.
We set the creative branding voice and identity for a nonprofit that must feel both ambitious and careful. The website carries that identity into every section: opportunity, evidence, leaders, and contact.
We connected the public surface to follow-up with CRM setup. Inquiries, newsletter interest, and partnership conversations land in structured pipelines so engagement with AI leaders, companies, and supporters does not get lost in inboxes.

We shaped AEO marketing content so answer engines can cite clear statements about Canadian AI commercialization, leadership showcases, and the initiative’s thesis. We prepared the same ideas with GEO marketing for generative engines: structured, quotable, and consistent with the brand narrative.
We kept layouts fully responsive so researchers, founders, and public readers meet the same clarity on phone and desktop, whether they arrive from a shared link or an AI-generated summary.
