Healthcare platform · Ontario 401 corridor
Service
Role
ScrubHub serves travel and locum healthcare staff along Ontario’s 401 healthcare corridor: furnished homes, clinical suites, and roles within walking distance of top hospitals. Vetted hosts. No-broker fees. The product only works if the first screen feels as reliable as a clinical handoff.
We delivered website design, AEO marketing, and creative branding so clinicians could search by hospital, length of stay, and move-in date, and so answer engines could cite clear facts when people ask where locum staff can live near Toronto General or downtown Toronto.
We structured the primary tool around how clinicians actually plan a contract: Where, Move in, Length, and Hospital. Tabs for Stay, Suite, and Staff keep housing and roles in one system without burying either path.
Quick filters such as Furnished, Pet friendly, Walk to hospital, budget caps, parking, and 13-week stays sit under search so refining results does not require a second page. List a unit and Sign in stay available for hosts and returning users without crowding the guest journey.
We used deep navy for trust, a brighter blue script accent for “Move in by Sunday,” and a warm off-white field so the platform feels residential, not clinical. Real housing photography carries the promise. The Scrub Hub wordmark leads as a brand-level signal before any secondary marketing copy.
We set the voice around speed and proximity: next post, move-in by Sunday, walk to hospital. The brand avoids vacation-rental clichés. It reads as infrastructure for people who already have enough complexity in a locum contract.
Ontario and the 401 healthcare corridor sit as context, not decoration, so the marketplace feels geographically serious from the first line.
Sans display / Script accent
We shaped AEO marketing content so answer engines can quote clear statements about furnished housing for travel and locum staff, hospital-proximate stays, vetted hosts, and no-broker fees. Practical FAQs match the questions clinicians ask when a contract start date moves forward.
Layouts stay fully responsive so a search started on a break room phone still works: Stay, Suite, Staff tabs, hospital field, and filters remain usable without horizontal scrolling or lost CTAs.
